What is the warranty time for the process instrumentations you provided?
Answer: 12 Months free cost from any manufacturing defect from the date of delivery. However mishandling & breakage is not covered under warranty but we will repair the same at extra cost.
What is the delivery time for your instruments?
We normally deliver the standard instruments within 15 working days.
And our repeated customers can feel that we can even delivery standard flow meters, paperless recorders or flow totalizers within 7 workings days after payment receipt.
However for customized instruments, we will evaluate your order product quantity and product specifications to give you the estimate delivery time.
What is the payment for customers ‘orders?
As Chinese Process instrumentations, we often keep narrow profits for ourselves to have competitive price.
So our payment is 100% T/T after placing the order.
And our manufacturing is starting after receiving your payment.
How to pay our Purchase Order?
We accept the payment by wire transfer (100%T/T in advance), western union and paypal.
Kindly note for wire transfer,all bank cost outside China is on your account.
And for PayPal we will charge more 5% handling fee.

How will ship the goods?
Please note: our normal quotation is Ex-works terms
Some customer will have their own DHL, TNT ,FedEx account No. , we will ship the goods by your shipping account.
However we can also arrange shipping from our side with extra cost according to your demand.
We will calculate the estimate shipping cost when placing the order, and will ship by air/sea to your country; however we are not responsible for your country Custom clearance.
All the flow meters have calibration certificate?
All flow meters have been calibrated in the workshop. So Factory Calibration Certificate can be demanded according to your extra request.
Calibration Certificate from an Independent calibration facility is possible with extra cost and longer delivery time.
